I said absolutely not, I booked at Paris, and I even received an email that day reminding me of my stay at PARIS. I was still told I must be at the wrong hotel, and maybe I booked Horseshoe by mistake.
I provided confirmation of my booking and paperwork showing it was paid in full in advance. Upon arrival, I was told I did not have a reservation. I booked my room in February 2023 for an April 2023 stay.
